KPMG to delliote

Wanted to ask this, so I’m working in KPMG as a ITGC control tester ( Tech Auditor ) with a fixed pay of 666666 and recently I got offers from both PWC and delliote with a fixed package of 9-9.5LPA. Do you all this is a good switch opportunity? Considering the fact that I have a work exp of 1.9 years

If you like your team and it’s just the salary your switching for, try and renegotiate your package with KPMG, if not go for it
Thanks for answering! I would like to stay only if they can make it 10.5 here in KPMG. Is it possible they give 10 or 10.5 if I go to them with a 9-9.5 offer ? Or they will just match it ?
Unless you’re irreplaceable to your team (which 90% of us aren’t) they’re not going to pay more than the offer. Best you can expect them to do is to match it
