KPMG Offer Letter release

Hey everyone,

I wanted to check if anyone here has faced a similar situation.

I had my final HR discussion and confirmation about a month ago, but my offer letter is still pending. Every time I check, HR says "it "it's waiting for approval."

It's been over a month now, and I'm m starting to get a bit anxious.😥

Has anyone experienced such delays before? How long did it take for your offer to finally come through?

Any insights or suggestions on what I can an do to follow up effectively would really help🙏
