KPMG Offer letter

Hi All My kPMG global status is showing under consideration since 9 days. Hr saying approvals are done and the offer is with offer team. My joining is in 12th jan that what she said it's 21st dec today now I have not received offer letter yet. How many days it takes after portals shows under consideration? I am very much nervous
