KPMG KGS ADVISORY GOT AN OFFER LETTER

Today I got offer letter from KPMG KGS for advisory with package of 19LPA fixed.

I am currently working in deloitte USI with 4 years of experience with 11.71LPA fixed.

Need genuine guidance what should I do now as I am super confused.
