KPMG interview process and Duration and CTC for ACON

I gave an interview today for ACON position oracle hcm technical , interview went well when can i expect the next step in the process will there be another interview or directly hr round?

2.2 yrs of total exp CTC offered : 12.5L + variable

How much more should i ask which is realstic for them and they would agree.
