KPMG background verification

Attended KPMG interview. All rounds got clear. As per the HR discussion, while doing back ground verification documentation she told me to add my masters degree as full time whereas I had degree via external.Will they reject my offer while background verification due to this discrepancy?? I did so as per her instructions only !! What will happen next ??Please revert ??
