Got an offer from Kotak Securities for the Data Engineer role at Goregaon, Mumbai.

Anyone who works there or knows anyone who works there? Looking for some honest feedback as I am very sceptical because of the 5 day WFO, 90 Day Notice period and newly formed team. So these are some red flags for me.

Will really appreciate it if any real tech employee of the company can share light on the realities
