Got an offer from Kotak Securities for the Data Engineer role at Goregaon, Mumbai.
Anyone who can share some honest feedback as I am very sceptical because of the 5 day WFO, 90 Day Notice period and newly formed team. So these are some red flags for me.
Will really appreciate it if any real tech employee of the company can share light on the realities.
Wfo is almost every large company nowadays. 90 days notice is every company.
Isn't Newly Formed Team a positive? As they will have some leeway to deliver?
I honestly don't think 5dayWFO + 90 days NP is a common thing. Very few companies only do it.
The reason why I am sceptical is because newly found team, I will currently reporting to Director level people who are mostly Business stakeholders and not Tech. Kotak securities in general is not full of 10x engineers I guess, so the thrill of surrounding yourself amongst smartest engineering brains would be lacking.
