Kotak Mahindra Bank Hiring

Hi all, I have been giving SDE (java) interviews for Kotak Mahindra Bank - but a big question from me is that the person who calls and schedules these interview is from “talentov” and also the first round was from someone with org “barraiser” - is this legit - how will my offer letter be produced - directly from Kotak HR ? Also, anything to be concerned about regarding this style of process - this is for Bangalore location.
