Hi folks! Anyone here who is working/has worked with Kotak Bank, and is aware of the compensation structure + perks at M7 grade? Especially on the digital side?

What role are you checking for- product or business side? Not associated with Kotak, but they had reached out for a senior role but couldn't offer comp north of 1cr
