Lol, curious to know what triggered this question? I had a Russian literature phase in my youth, including Dostoevsky. Eventually realized all those books are way too gloomy for my liking. Went ahead and exchanged my entire bookshelf of those books. Now I just stick to Chekov and occasionally rewatch War and Peace (BBC, 2016) because I don't have the bandwidth to read that book
