Kohli, Rohit to be shunted out; Gill should be dropped after BGT

We need to get out of making individual heroes of cricketers and bring in incentives for team performances. The reason why Australia wins despite average individuals is because they play for the team and teamwork is celebrated more than individual glory. Also the reason for CSK's consistent performances.

Unfortunately, this is the same scene in Indian corporates too, and the reason for this is that it is too competitive everywhere. So everyone looks to secure their place instead of working towards a goal bigger than themselves.

rohit and kohli are past their prime. good cricketers whose time is over. they should gracefully exit. But like any sportsperson, they will push their luck until they are pushed out.
