Trending @Wipro; Know about notice period ?
I have 1 year experience in wipro and currently tagged in a billable project. Could I get early release(release without serve notice period) ?
Try to move to bench! Then you can leave within 45 days
I don't think moving to the bench is a straight forward way. Even if he asks for the bench they will ask him to wait until the replacement joins which is quite similar to serving NP. If he gets an early replacement then also that replacement should go through KT and all and when replacing the person confirm he is ok with work then only manager will release him to the bench.
You should have to serve notice period of 90days, they won't leave you early
There is no way to get out without notice period. You may be find a replacement and leave early if your manager agrees but leaving without notice period is impossible according to me.
