Know about Cubastion

Hi All

I am having offer from Cubastion and Accenture. As Cubastion is paying more I want to know more about this company.. As in how about the wlb, policy related to wfh, job security, also I have heard that after joining cubastion may issue another letter to decrease your compensation is that true. Kindly help
