Knee pain problem

Hi guys, I am facing knee pain for the past one month and I am not able to stand for 10 mins even and not able to walk.. sometimes both legs are paining and I am 36 plus.. very much worried on how I am going to survive and i have childrens.. worried on how i am going to bring them up.. do I need to consult any ortho or general doctor first ?

See an ortho ASAP. 35-50 is the peak of our health. If the doctor starts suggesting a knee transplant run.
Just don't go to a doctor who works in any of the big chain corporate hospitals.

Agree, find a sports medicine guy. He won't suggest surgery unless actually required.

If outside NCR Go to an Orthopedic now.

Preferred visit someone with Sports Medicine specialization.

If you are in NCR, consult Rajat Chauhan in Sheikh Sarai.

Severe pain in and around knee.. not able to stand for nearly 10 mins even.. couldn't walk.. if I am idle also, it's paining.. It's like this for a month.. not even a single day in the past one month without pain.. earlier I don't think it's a problem and I ignored and managed it.. but it's not at all reducing and continuing for more than a month now
