Get some good ceo from outside, i know companies where almost on the edge of declaring bankruptcy, hired an outside management including ceo. Who bring the bussiness back to the line.. and they are doing much batter now and giving a top notch salary to their employees now. Ye ghisepite tcs walo ke bus ka kaam nahi company chalana for sure

TCS seriously needs to get back to its old charm.. till Rajesh Gopinath was leading till then TCS had a reputation in the market... He had a vision about the progress.. from the time kirti took it over.. it is more over focus on making TCS a worst workplace to work.. We need some really visionary people to lead this giant..
