Kind of wedding
This is for male, if your marriage gets fixed, would you like to have a simple wedding with limited guests or big fat wedding with many guest ?

When I get married in the future i would obviously like to have a small celebration with only my immediate close family and friends. Rather than inviting loads of ppl who I don't even know ðŸ˜
As limited guests as would have been possible. But couldn't because of parents and family.
I told my parents, in future if I get married, I would prefer a court marriage and will throw a small reception with just closed ones. Instead of wasting lakh of rupees for just a day, you can transfer some money in my account for investment.
Simple wedding with limited guests is good option
In hindsight, just do court marriage and throw a joint party.
If rituals are compulsory restrict to parents and grandparents only (exception for siblings).
No one else. By no one I mean no one.
You will save on time (time wasted on lifetime of arguments focused on what relatives did in your wedding).
Women usually prefer a big fat wedding. So it’s not just upto you it’s upto your family, partner and partner’s family too.
So discuss with them and then decide
Obviously nobody likes crowded wedding, but it is always parents who want to invite the entire world, for various psychological reasons. And your marriage it not your marriage alone, family too needs to participate with their wishes involved, so well, it always turns into a big crowd.
