KILLER SOUP 🍜

Has anybody watched Killer Soup on Netflix ? I have just completed the 1st episode and the idiosyncrasies in the lingo of Manoj Bajpayee's character is a bit odd to me. Transition from South Bombay to Nalasopara is real quick 😂

The most idiotic part about the series is konkana, Manoj and sayaji shinde being shown as South Indians talking in Tamil. Sayaji shinde constantly uses marathi cuss words, Shetty surname being more local to Karnataka than tamilnadu and konkana calling sayaji shinde baava in Tamil which is actually Telugu.

Baava is used in Kannada too (bil) and they lazy stereotypes are not surprising, considering how Bollywood always chooses to misrepresent south.

It's a bit slow and the story line is also not very intriguing or unique. Just the acting of the main characters is top notch

Oh i see. You did not spot anything unusual with the lingo of Manoj bajpayee or his brother .

I liked it actually.
It does take some time to get used to the language.
But it's a good thriller show, lots of dark comedy driven by the two great actors.
Also love the scenic visuals of Kerela / Mainjur.

Suggest you to give a try and watch a couple of more episodes

Is it too dark? Are humans chopped and made into soup?

I'm considering watching if it's not too gory
