Kia is zero on safety. Don't risk for looks

But the new kia has improved a lot, even creta has just 4 star rating whereas kia got 3 last time, with the new adas and all safety features it seems like they have improved a lot.

Creta doesn't have 4 stars, only Hyundai car to have 4+ rating is the new Verna that has 5 stars.

Old creta was 3 stars, new one is untested.

Okay, from the list that you have here, it is definitely understood that you are looking at mileage as a key metrics that will affect your buying decision as I see that on your first 3 options.

Based on the limited inputs we have, id suggest you the Creat N Line. Much better product now with the facelift, looks fabulous, drives great. Some compromise on body strength and solidity, but with ADAS and all, much safer now as well.

Why wouldnt you suggest seltos, its the same engine and car as creta but better looking

Mileage is only issue if I go with the XUv700 which has really terrible mileage, rest all the cars in the compact SUV range has more or less same mileage, like nexxon, creta, seltos, elevate, VW taigun, and more

I don't think tata Nexon is bad built, it's also a good choice

Tata nexon is a sturdy, safe car. When the author says Bad build I think they are pointing to the fit and finish, rather than the actual build and body.

Honda Elevate

Would have been a great choice had they offered hybrid, as the engine and platform is same as the city but they didn't offer the hybrid here.

If you are open to sub 4 meter cars, try out the XUV 3xo turbo petrol with 130BHP engine
