Creation of state you mean Haryana and Himachal where there was 0 development before state creation because they were not that Punjabis and deserve no resources. Till this date Haryana didn't get a single drop of Satluj.

Do you seriously think sharing of Chandigarh as capital between two states is a good idea?

Moving it is resource intensive, and the important cities like gurgaon, faridabad don't care where the capital is

Resolution is just one sided list of demands by party which lost badly 1972 to gain some traction. On resource sharing, no body is happy in sharing resource, neither south which is subsidizing the north nor salary class which is subsidizing farmers, nor Punjab which is sharing water. Very difficult to come to even conclusion on division without a proper study. Hence this point cannot be even catered in public polls/posts.

Punjab doesn't share water with any state.

If you voted no, please go read more about anandpur sahib resolution.
Khalistan was never about being a completely independent country. India has made many mistakes in the creation of its states and allocation of resources, and continues to do so till today which pisses people off.
Punjab has always needed more water because it has always produced a major chunk of our crop, for example. It's literally called the food basket of India for a reason.

Whatever that is, India isn't for Sikh rashtra, Hindu rashtra, Muslim rashtra etc.

Agreed, but secessionists don't just go away. Just look at J&K protests, Ladakh wants statehood too. In the north east we still have AFSPA. Other regions also want statehood like chhattisgarh and uttarakhand.
These demands come because of resource misallocation and historical injustices. I'm sure Hindus cannot imagine Ram mandir getting bombed by tanks but that's what happened in Amritsar not too long ago.
Need to look beyond labels and address core problems.
