Being from NCR, I can vouch for it that AAP for sure did a scam. Who all were involved, that's another question overall but a scam was definitely done. Whole Delhi witnessed the opening of liquor shops in one day and the moment SC started snooping around, they all got closed. The reaction was so fast that you can clearly see that something fishy was done.
But I just want to check out like what's the general opinion? Are people buying that BJP planned all of this or even they are convinced that AAP screwed up big time.
There has been 0 evidence of any "scam".
Courts have the exact same judge who's been denying bail to everyone in this case without much merit.
Modi is trying to recreate emergency days nothing else.

But bro, the moment the bill was passed for private shops. Shops opened up the next day. That means the liscences were already distributed and mostly to 2 people only. Some mall of liquor and other I think was theka sharaab or something. And the moment SC started snooping around these liscences, all the shops (around 50) shut down and were nowhere to be seen. The action-reaction was so fast that you can clearly see that bribes were given heavily. So, scam definitely happened. Who all were involved is another question. And I think BJP also knew that this is a scam so they waited for the elections to push the news of this scam further.

Biggest liquor scam is in gujarat where BJP and admin folks (IAS-IPS-cops-goons) make 1000s of crores every year . Liquor is how every party funds itself and i would like it that way then other avenues

This case is not recent, agencies have been probing it since 2019. If someone saw 'Sushant ki pathshala' on times now Hindi channel, I think you would understand what this policy was, and how it was supposed to benefit the pvt companies and AAP party indirectly.
