Keeping up with the traditions!

What's that one thing your company/team does just because someone did this previously or some other team in the org did that? I'll go first. Monthly retros! Our old manager started the tradition of doing retros wherein you could anonymously point out what are the stuff that went well this month and what needs to be improved and stuff. We still do it and the points to be improved are turned into action items and in the next retro there is no check on those action items. We have like around 50 action items that got piled up and there are a few repeats too. 🥲
