Keeping up with growth in the automotive sector.

Ladies and gentlemen. Greetings from a fellow engineer! I'm a Petrol head and everything and anything about car's makes me go nuts.

I would like to know how the professionals in the industry are transitioning from pure emotion (ICE) to emotionless (EV's). I would appreciate if anyone drops a book or two regarding the designing of cars including its aero, engineering aspects, electric motors and all the other reference which is assisting them to achieve this transition.
