Keep seeing news of IT company reducind profits due to new labor codes, but salary impact is NIL, WHY? Wasn't the basic supposed to be 50% of gross or something..I don't see any changes done by TCS in salary. What's Going on?

I think basic pat should also increase and it should reflect i new compensation in April annual appraisal process

It will be adjusted towards gratuity whoever is eligible and should reflect by April
