Just thinking about the interview

Actually there is a reverse side to it, you can keep doing those 3 rounds of talks with 10-20 folks, and then you will find the marriage match. Either side will just keep canceling out before that.

And even before that happens, you can crack some job interview. So job interviews are actually easier to crack. Also, rarely companies take 7 rounds of interviews, you are just taking up the extremes. Going by that logic, even in Indian marriages, after parents talks, some folks decide to date and talk for months/weeks.

Bottomline, new job is easier to find than life-partner. Job interviews are easier and less intense than marriage talks.
