Yeah Same Bro, My Office lacks a culture of keeping folks motivated, it fails to give a reason for people to come to office. No office parties or informal catch-ups for over a year makes it worse.

Me too, even though there seems to be no clear benefit to doing an MBA, somehow it feels it can lead to me feeling better about work. There's no clear rationality to it which continuously makes me feel that I am only considering an MBA to escape my current situation rather than facing it.
No job/work is interesting everything. You just need to get through it to reach the interesting ones. Also, showing up matters as it differentiate between the people with perseverance and the people who give up easily.

I do man. Quite often. Feels like I'm lacking a chase - should start preparing for CAT/GMAT etc to have a chase type thoughts start creeping in.
What stage Co are you in btw ? For reference, say a PM in a sub 200-400 person startup would be less likely to feel this sooner.
There can be multiple reasons for this. Either You don’t feel strongly about the problem your company is solving or company culture is rotten. Change should be done soon else you will be dead inside.
