Just saw the security folks writing down the details of folks who are violating the dress code.
Seriously?! My college was way lenient than the blood sucking folks here in this organisation. Delayed promotions, WFO for 9 fucking hours on all 5 days. Now- they treat us like kids by controlling what we wear. PATHETIC!!!

Silent layoff strategy

@BrownBuck51 sad if true

Exactly. I feel the organization, especially HR has become too insensitive to associates' concerns. This indifference and apathy seems to be by design, as it will eventually lead to people to quit. And they can still keep the "respected" brand image of "No hire and fire "

Which location is this?

@EngicoBantai +1 which location

One of the offices here in Bangalore

Yup. I'm a victim. Can confirm this behaviour in Hyderabad and Pune locations. I wore formal shirt and pants but had walking shoes instead of formal shoes. Got a mail in the evening with a warning. And I'm like...only thing that is now left at this point is parent teacher meeting because I didn't do my homework.

Ignore

@Sherlock007 ignoring is prolly not enough. Someone needs to stop this childishness

The so called support functions are becoming a joke here day by day. HR, Admin and IS teams are especially pathetic.

This is truly pathetic, no one here is a kid last I checked
