It's in collections in house team, basically vasooli bhai ka glamorous naam. The comp shud be approx 10-15 at best. The very fact that ceo is sharing such a role should trigger an alarm about the scarcity or difficulty this organization is facing to fill up roles. Heard from insider about positions running in 3 digit mark that remain unfilled, this is purely basis the reviews and the actual work culture in this organization. Glassdoor rating of 2.1 speaks volumes. The role was further shared by the L1 of the ceo, can understand his desperation and helplessness also.
