What's the use of going by the rule of bribery is the foremost way to get everything done. We are getting a CESC metre in our house and guess what, the officials are harassing us like nothing. In the bill we paid for each and every material however as the officials want something in their pocket they won't stop harassing.
"From saying things like "they are staying here for so long still they don't know anything " to just making faces as if we are there to beg for money.
Same thing at the passport office - moving from one counter to another and the officials behave like we are there to be. Police verification?? That's another nightmare. Only money talks even when you are a law abiding citizen, you will be mentally harassed like anything!!!
