Just One Break – Open to Work in Bangalore

Hi everyone,

I’ve been trying to make a job switch for a long time now, and honestly, it’s been really tough. I’ve applied to numerous roles, sent follow-ups, but the silence is deafening. It’s hard not to feel invisible. The job market has been unforgiving, and with career gaps some personal, some situational it feels like I’ve been overlooked despite my best efforts.

Right now, I’m in a role I initially thought would be temporary, but it’s beginning to feel like I might be stuck here for the long haul. I want to move forward, find something more challenging, and most importantly, feel fulfilled in my work.

I have an MBA in Finance & Business Analytics with around 3 years of experience in mortgage services, recruitment coordination, and resource management. Here’s what I bring to the table:

Financial reporting, market research, and coordination

Strong communication and stakeholder management

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and basic SharePoint

I’m based in Bangalore and looking for a challenging role where I can grow and add value. I’m open to learning new tools like Power BI or Tableau anything that’s needed to do the job right.
