I began my career in 2018 in the BPO industry with an initial compensation of INR 1.5 LPA. I continued in this domain until February 2022, during which my compensation increased to INR 2.8 LPA. Subsequently, I made a strategic transition into the field of network engineering. For the past 3.5 years, I have been working in core network engineering, and my current compensation stands at INR 14 LPA.

Given this trajectory—from INR 1.5 LPA to INR 14 LPA—I seek an objective assessment of whether I am progressing on the right career path or whether it would be prudent to realign my long-term professional goals.
