Just like all private workers have a union lets take initiative to create an assiciation of all IT workers

We can force govt to introduce employee friendly policies and enforce private firms.

In countries like USA labour Commision thinks for people. In india they dont. So majority or association like SC ST OBC etc have been able to unite and draw attemtion from govt. lets take one initiative. A similar App like grapevine can be used. All can join hands. We can form associations.
