Mr. CEO gets to earn a luxury while there is an army of employees running the chores at the backend. When the business suffers he shows his real character, save his own ass. And on top of that when nobody cares what he thinks about saving his ass, he gets angry and fires everyone over email. The real character comes when you are in danger, not when you are successful.

I understand his wrath but what if someone couldn't make it due to genuine reasons?
