Trending @Infosys; Just January and April provided wage hike in 2025 so they didn’t decide yet for next hike 😂

Its infosys . Since 2022 only 2 hikes were given to only a few employees.

Did they confirm that no hike will be given im the quarterly meet ? I couldn’t join it. Can someone please confirm on this ?

Just is such a big word!! And April is mentioned to confuse people or to show the world that last hike was in April which is only 9 months before. They don’t tell that’s only for jl6 and above who anyway get hike 3 months after JL5 and below. So instead of saying we paid hike in 2025 Jan he said Jan and April to confuse the media
