Just found out that I was about to be fired, but then god helped me

So in my small start-up company people are dropped for poor performance without any warning. It almost comes as a total surprise! And many times the poor performance is because of factors outside the control of the concerned person.

So this week I found out that I was almost going to be fired. Our company wanted to follow the current trend and do some layoffs. It seems I was on that bottom 10% list. Luckily we got some new business last month and they have delayed any layoff plans for a few months now.

Layoffs at Simplify Healthcare

Massive layoffs at my company today during the performance review cycle. Thank GOD and maybe my good deeds for some mercy to let me survive in this scenario. πŸ˜“
