Trending @Wipro; Just casual update
I am in Wipro since last 5 years. But In recent times...I started feeling that Wipro is loosing it's reputation in market. Day by day we are hearing news about silent layoff, project unavailability, very tight bench policy , unnecessary imposing decision to complete trainings even though that is not going to help you as individual or in project also,pratice and PM are giving pressure to do something extra apart from your regular work. But when you will ask about promotion and hike, just everyone trying to put cap on others head and ultimately you will not get your answer. Just those thoughts came in mind. Had anyone else also here who have same thought??? Sorry for any mistake. It's just a personal thought.

True also shame on the True story of Wipro. They are going beyond ethics.
It's happening across all service based companies...if you do Work n not getting promotion and payrise better switch where you can meet your financial aspects. All the best
I am also in wipro from past 5 yrs , I got 2 offers now but my manager is willing to retain me with matched offer since I work for client . Can someone suggest me what should I do as I have offers with the company that is also service based

The same thing happens in tcs. No promotions since COVID, I resigned from there and joined wipro. You just have to switch your way through a comfortable salary and then stop caring about promotions
