Just another NRI exploit !!
Surprised this took so long to even figure out.

Can we do that? Asking for a friend πββοΈ

No, don't! This story is most likely fake. All the companies do background check BEFORE the joining date and they vet your title, tenure with companies and as well as education.

Ni**a just wanted to defame south india, so he created all this crap to prove his point

This is very likely a false story, one variant of "ThEy ToOk OuR JoBs". I have yet to come across a company that doesn't do background check that vet title, tenure with companies, not to mention your education qualifications.
If you look at reddit, most of the guys there whine that their companies are replacing them with cheap Indian labour with no skills , only to be disappointed by the code quality. Companies are not stupid, especially when the said Indian labor is not even cheap anymore. Our salaries are more or less equal to EU in product companies , and 1/3 of US already , and the jobs that are being moved to India are increasingly more skilled and R&D oriented.

If you think this is a one off case, pls check with any close NRI friend in Texas region ( especially a Telugu person ) and they will give u more details.
Most US companies are just IT maintenance and they just need someone to run queries, setup basic IT tool setups for their operations. They outsource this to consultancies or small IT orgs and least bothered about code quality etc.

I thought deloitte did a thorough background check?

For contractors, the bgv risk is by contracting company . So deloitte is bothered only if the work is not happening.

Dude didn't study nursery LKG ,UKG Dude joined the school in first class at the age of 3 Dude joined the college at the age of 15 Dude graduated with 3yrs bachelors at the age of 18 What a dude !!

He will soon get laid off, HR might be stupid to it notice it but other consultants will notice the lack of real exp. The worst part is that the Indian consultancies should be fined and banned in the us πΊπΈ for faking resumes and bringing bad name to India

HR doesnt bother as long as manager is happy with the work or if company want to do restructure.

There is no bgv in companies in usa. If you convince them of your experience in interview that's it nothing else required.

Partner position incoming very soon. Has all the qualities.

In the USA being a golf caddy is also experience
And golf caddies start at 15
Golf caddies have access to big shots
But let's get real this guy must have put something else in. The resume
And the HR prof , being none the wiser thought this delivery executive exp in India must be great, must have met othe executives
And gives them the job...
This is why America is the land of opportunity, no matter how badly you s*βΉβ¬wβ¬$ up back home, you can build it all up from the ground only in the USA

Don't fake anything on your resume
