Just an update
Finally guys i put my resignation mail to HR last week.
I am feeling good but nervous at the same time.
I am upskilling myself and preparing for better opportunities.
Wish me luck and put any suggestions you have.
Thank you

I think this is a good decision, everyone is looking for immediate or 15 days notice period they are not ready to wait for 90 days and I believe 60 days is enough to get prepared and last 30 days will be good to look for opportunity.

Guys, I'm thinking about doing the same because I want a new technology and my manager won't let go of me easily. Is it possible to get a release during my notice period in case I put in my resignation? Would really appreciate some advice please!
Get a job and then Resign - Best and a safe Approach.
Resigning and Searching for a job is a worst idea
Be confident, But not over confidence.
Anyways... ALL THE BEST

if my manager is on leave, can I still mail in my resignation? or shall I wait for the supervisor to be back in office?
