Just a silly qn

Can I take one cabin baggage on behalf of two people but the weight is 10kg which more than permit weight but for 2 people it ll be 14 kg so acc to tht it's 4kg less only ..i m travelling in air india express

No, just divide into two bags. Put one bag into the other after deboarding.

Another qn i have some cosmetic which are more than 100 ml that will also cause some issue right !! If i pack in cabin baggage
