Do not inform about your ML or pregnancy to anyone from team prior 2 months of your due date as these people instead of supporting in such case gives you stress by puting you on bench within 2 months and ask not to inform buhr or rmg about there ML or that you have informed team about ML because it's against policy they can not put on bench because of ML still they do like this and ask you to lie everyone, so better only inform at last moment before 2 months of your due date don't inform before that to anyone.
But isn't that the process though? As far as what I've heard it's CG that pays the employee while she's on ML and not the project.
It's not like that ,from my projects 3 ladies moved to ml directly.One has just informed hr and seniors she needs wfh till feb 1st week
