Trending @Infosys; Just a genuine doubt regarding rating received in Infosys

Hi guys,

I just have a doubt regarding the rating we get in the year end evaluation. Are they only used for compensation revision and nothing else ?

Can we mention it in any interview or resume and will it have any impact on how the other company sees our profile.

No impact of that rating elsewhere. Doesn't matter if you get NI. That won't show up in experience letter. Other company is only focussed on your interview performance and current and expected CTC
