Jupiter - Top management exits
Heard Anuj (CPO) is leaving soon, and that they have had multiple exits this year. Is it not doing well?
If I'm not wrong they just started working in a very huge office recently.

The top management is a shit show. Specifically leaders in growth and marketing. The head of growth and marketing is ultra toxic, so many people in the past left because of him, many complained but no action.
Product team leaders keep fighting with each other because of ego.
Classic example of too many product leaders in a room can spoil a business.

Anyone use Jupiter? Can anyone share their value proposition ?

After Paytm bank shutdown I came to Jupiter.till now great experience with their pay to invest , debit card rewards , daily SIP , expense tracker.great experience till now

Anuj already had plans to start new venture. That was always a plan. Every top hire in Jupiter basically exits Jupiter to start their own Ventures and rest are just bottom crap ( most of these are rotationals, cheap hires etc ).
This company is running completely on maintenance mode. No clear product roadmap. Ambiguous mgmt vision. Crappy engineering.
Ps my roommate works there.

What? Why?

Did it ever do well?

Predicted this for this year 😂
