Jupiter laid off their CPMO
CPMO is being let go less than 1 year since he joined Jupiter. Is it a sign of broader layoffs at Jupiter or was it for performance issues that he is being fired? Anyone with insider insights here?

Appropriate move.
At such senior roles, if the role is either not relevant or the incumbent is not performing, much better to part ways with them than let live with toxicity. Think about the cost saving for the company and so many other jobs are saved. More companies must do these kind of heavy weights layoffs than bleed themselves by letting go of all junior workforce.
If true, great move. They did not wait for a whole year to burn that huge salary and equity which can definitely have a much bigger impact on their runway.
