Trending @Accenture; June performance Cycle

Joined in Dec 2023 corporate function level 8, no base pay hike on Dec 2024 only bonus.. Any expectation that June I will get or it's again Dec 2025 meaning almost two years with same salary..

There is definitely no hike for L8 and above in this june cycle.

People are even saying there is no hike for L9 and below, but not sure about it

I can confirm no hike this time.. only promotion that is also on low hike not standard upto 25%.. dont keep hope.. n start looking for something better.
