People who have got hike in 2025 will be eligible for June cycle hike ? Actually I am not understanding the Accenture cycle now.Earlier everything was happening in dec .
So June mid cycle is only for promotion?
Or regular hike also or hike will happen only in dec?
All cycles are valid. Got promoted in Dec cycle, Ik some who got in middle (sept cycle they said)...
"Next cycle for promotion" is basically just stalling tactics... Which is obvious not every1 can be promoted so something has to be said.
I heard from my lead that since people are not happy, soon there will be an email that appraisal cycle will be shifted back to dec
Not unhappy Instead I will say ppl are confused.. Managers are playing, Managers are also taking advantage by promising june correction will happen which i doubt.
Accenture has changed their promotion and hike cycle from Dec to June. So now main cycle is in June
