Accenture India has 3 lakh people. 15000 promotions is 1 in every 20 people gets promotion. And some of eligible candidates already got promoted in last December and june and december 2023 also. So, according to promotions rules, mostly whoever got promotion in last one year will not get promoted again this year. Going that way, its 1 in every 15 or 1 in every 10 people will get promoted.
