I am planning to do an online MBA, will it help me to jump from my current position CL10 to CL8 or any other managerial position.

If yes, how much will the hike be?

@Cash Nobody can jump from 10 to 8 just because of an MBA Degree. Not even full time MBA let alone an online one!

Even after MBA you need to prove that you bring more to the table after your MBA! It is the skills that matter nowadays! Gone are the days when Degrees will give you salary hikes!

It definitely increases your chance for CL 9 from CL 10 if you prove yourself!

You can never skip levels unless you are really that talented!
