Trending @Capgemini; July 24 Salary- reduction in personal allowance by ~60%

I got my shocker today when I received my July 2024 salary today. I received personal allowance of around 6900 compared to 15000 almost 9000 reduction in my overall salary. Any advice??

Yes even I got less salary this month. I also didn't understand why it happened or is it only with me.

I declared LTA and same amount is not credited into salary. May be some similar case with u guys. No I need to make sure that they credit LTA amount once I submit travel details
