Accenture's policies can sometimes feel a bit off for Indian employees. It's a tough time, but let's hope things improve soon 🤞

Accenture has been a bit off since last 2 years and I believe this will continue the same way. As employees have given enough support without getting any appraisals or hikes during last 2 years on the grounds that Accenture is facing tough times (which is incorrect). Now it seems that it's time for Accenture India Employees from ATCI to resign to show them that Indian talent deserves appreciation and good employee friendly work space with all promised benefits as how the organisation used to do earlier. #resignJulie
