why they are not giving hikes to indian emplyees but asking to do more and more LAVOURIOUS work and atlast mentioning "MARKET CONDITIONS"....COMPANY IS STILL MAKING PROFIT YEARLY/QUATERLY/HALF YEARLY AND DAILY BASISI BUT NOT MATCHING SALARY OF INDIAN EMPLOYEES ACCORDING TO THE MARKET, WHY WHY?????
